The Challenge

  • WorkHub is the central work coordination system for all banking and wealth operations ticket workflow initiation and tracking
  • The old ticketing system did not follow design paradigms of the newly installed operations platform that was still maturing. The old technical architecture had crucial limitations on performance and mismatched UX scenarios.
  • Users regularly exported data out of it to manipulate it manually in Excel as it aged and became out of sync with the source of truth

Key Accomplishments

  • WorkHub is now a sophisticated multi-role, multi-scenario team and individual work assignment system designed for the bank's Asset & Wealth Management Operations teams. The platform enables employees to powerfully search, filter, re-assign, and view their queue of work tickets with significantly improved efficiency
  • Provides meaningful, user-configurable real-time metrics, prioritization, and tracking at the individual and team level
  • Experience-driven, re-engineered back-end data service and front-end UI library drastically improved interaction response time for thousands of records
